I took my pickup truck into Caliber Collision in Covington for bodywork/repairs. They had all the paperwork prepared from day one. Jen communicated with me everyday on the repair progress. The best part was they finished the job 2 days earlier than what was expected. Jen communicated with the insurance company on the repairs. I didn’t have to do anything. They even dropped me and picked me up from my home. This is much appreciated. Thank you for a stress free experience.
