Carrie helped get me in for the appointment. She was diligent with the insurance adjuster. It was not an easy task as he was not responsive to getting Caliber what was required. The representative Jaedon that assisted me with the repair of my Lexas was excellent! She is very nice & friendly, professional, and knowledgeable! She was good at keeping me informed and what to expect. When I picked up she explained what was done and contact them with anything. Her customer service is superb! Jaedon and Carrie helped a stressful experience a lot easier!
