Staff were friendly and professional. Jaedon was very knowledgeable and walked us through the process, letting us know what our options were, along with her recommendations. We even got to meet the painter who took the time to explain his process and how he would proceed with the repair. Jaedon kept us updated while we waited for parts that were back ordered to become available. Once the repair was underway, we received regular updates on the progress. The repair was completed earlier than expected. We are very pleased with the results! Great teamwork, and great customer service! Thank you. We would highly recommend Caliber to anyone who needs body work done on their vehicle. Keep up the good work!

Yes and No, i know it was out of your control.i. looked port the car erg Ashton got the car home, noticed a couple scretches when it was painted, this need to be repaired, also Ashton pointed out the little dent still in the door hinge. Also when the hood is up. The botton to push to close the trunk looks like it's going to fall out, that was pretty secure when i looked over the car in your parkinh lot facility, i slwsyd so a once over, so 4 areas need To be fixed. Thank you very much after that's done i will give a good yelp review.

I might rate it better after the second time around, there's still a dent not fixed, and needs touch up paint where the scratches are where it has been painted by Caliber, and fix the close button on the inside of the trunck lid.

The reason it's not a 10, is because it's not finished, there's slight scratches where the car was painted thatdoes not make sence to me, also there's still a slight dent that didn't get repaired, now it needs to go back and more inconvinience, my soon will be without a car again, we rented a car for a month then returned it and our son had to use our truck, and we don't know how long you'll have it this time around and we're trying to move our daughter and grandson out and we need all the vehicles to move them, so honestly I'm not very happy. Costing more out of pocket money than was expected.

Very good people, i feel the reason the car was not done correctly is die too they had it over a month. Trying to rush so we could have it back, but now we have to do it all over again, who knows how long they will have it this time.
