I had a wonderful experience at Caliber Collision. Stefani is incredible and so sweet—her communication was excellent, and she made sure the replacement part for my truck was exactly the right one. She truly went above and beyond, and I couldn’t have asked for better service. I highly recommend this place!

When I arrived to pick up my truck it was as shiny and clean as it was on the day I bought it- which was an unexpected surprise for me 🙂 I highly recommend this place!

What a fantastic experience this was! I wish all my interactions with auto service businesses went this smoothly. The receptionist was polite and helped me fill out the paperwork. Billy explained everything as was very polite and thorough when he was inspecting my vehicle. He stayed in constant contact with me during the repair process. My car looks like it was never in an accident. Thank you for making this a very easy experience. I can’t believe that I dropped my car off on Monday and it was ready on Friday.

It was a very good experience. The only one wasn't at the same level was the lady that took all my information. I hatd to tepid my tel number several times and still she got it wrong and @ the end of the dsy it was my fault because i singned that all my info was ok and it wasn't my tel number was wrong. The car was ready on Friday the 13th but u guys have the wrong tel number so i have to pay 3 more days on a rental car. Other than that im so please.Gwen was amazing! Ill give her a120% customer satisfaction!! Good job team!
