The trunk was not fixed correctly. There is a gap in the trunk area inside and outside the car. It keeps giving a message that the trunk is open. The lights won’t turn off because it senses the trunk is open. I told the team I was traveling and needed this checked. They unplugged the battery and re-plugged it to get rid of the message. Now I am eight hours away having unnecessary issues.

I think this Auto Body shop provided a good quality repair on my car and gave courteous, prompt and timely service.

I am satisfied with the prompt service and resulting repair and function of my car. I was not aware of the high prices of Auto Body work and feel that a more thorough initial inspection to figure mechanical in addition to body work and researching second opinions might have made the repair more economical which I feel in the long run will conserve on my climbing insurance values that I’ve seen on my car even though I’ve been accident free and have a very good driving history.
