This is jacks wife, as it was my car. Everything was great! Delaney was absolutely perfect—so informative and welcoming when we first spoke over the phone and met in person. But my absolute favorite part of the experience was Qwen. She is really awesome and it was incredibly impressive to see a WOMAN killing it in that position! She took care of absolutely everything that needed to be done and went the extra mile by personally getting my car back to me since I was stuck at work. I’ve used Caliber Collision a few times now and it’s always a wonderful experience, but this time I felt extra taken care of. 10/10!
