Possibly the worst experience I’ve had at a collision center. Would never use again and would warn others. Took longer than expected but instead of just being direct about it every day was a new line of bs why it would need another day and another day. At one point I even got a strange call asking to see if I could come pick my car up to go get gas and then drop off again (which I declined to do). Finally picked it up (smelled funky inside and the leather on my drivers seat was filthy with grease) and during the 3 minute drive home tire pressure kept decreasing until I was just about flat on my driveway. Puncture in tire hissing the air out. And the locking system was messed up in front passenger door. Which wasn’t a problem or on the scope of repair. Taking my car to Sewell to fix both of these issues because I don’t trust my car being at Caliber for one more second.

I had the best experience with Caliber. They had excellent communication throughout the service. They were even able to help me figure out why my sun roof was leaking which was not why I originally brought my car in. Service was 10/10, communication 10/10, had my car ready before I even had time to pick up the rental. Will always go back to this Caliber if needed.
