I have been to one other caliber collision it was a Houston location. This was my second time being at a caliber collision. First experience wasn’t great at the one in Houston but the moment I walked in to this location in Dallas, I was greeted by Greg the general manager he made it a quick and easy process and was super kind and today, June 19 he showed me that they are truly still kind of people in the world him and dasia have restored my faith in humanity. It might sound cliché, but what they did was the nicest thing, and I cannot think them enough or caliber collision for helping me and getting my car fixed in such a timely manner . Greg went above and beyond being a general manager he should be up for all the promotions. lol He’s amazing if I have any car problems in the future I will definitely be going back just because of him. Because you can tell, he truly cares about every single person who walks in there have nothing but great things to say.

The general manager Greg and dasia were amazing. Greg was so helpful throughout the whole process. And he showed me there is still kind hearted people in the world. Greg deserves a raise or a promotion he’s gone. Above and beyond for me.
