The process was so smooth and quick. Caliber associate named Madeline helped me get an estimate and my car is back to me in no time. Not only that but I was picked up by enterprise from caliber after they called them and let them know that I arrived and I was also able to drop off the same vehicle at the caliber so that enterprise could pick it back up. Easiest process I’ve done in a long time.

I really appreciate their concern and kindness. The updates they texted me, gave me the confidence in knowing that they were working to repair the damages to my care. I felt that they respected the fact that this was a difficult experience for me. My car was fixed on the date they told me it would be. I worked with Edgar and he was VERY helpful to me. He explained what they were gonna repair before hand and showed me the work they had done afterward. He offered to put a rolling cart into my trunk for me which I thought was extremely nice. The other people in encountered were very nice n helpful too.
