Rude people (specifically Sonia, very impolite), the tow hitch was not put back on our truck. We have to wait for one and put it on ourselves. We will not use Caliber again.

Jesse Fuentes was great and very patient with my situation. I originally brought my car in to fix the hail damage but I don’t think the mechanics realized that they also fixed my speakers cause they were not working when I bought the car over 2 years ago and something must’ve been disconnected but somehow when I got my car back the speakers were working perfectly well and I think they unintentionally fixed it so I am very grateful. Thank you and I will definitely come back if I have to. Hopefully not.

Initially the car was deemed a total loss due to the hail and a fender hit the car had, but the car, with the exception of the fender damage was in great condition. Jesse at Caliber Collision worked with the insurance company and let them know that the car was definitely reparable! The hail repair was authorized and Caliber did a great job! Thank you, Caliber Collision for found the extra mile!
