I appreciate Caliber’s excellent customer service. Jesse Fuentes was so helpful and continued to keep me updated on repairs. They took good care of my car, and it’s good as new. I appreciated that they made the process so easy for me to get my car repaired. Shoutout to Dienna at the front desk for being so kind.

My vehicle feels pretty good so far and the paint job is excellent. I was disappointed that I received a scratched rim instead of a new one. I also question whether the alignment was checked/adjusted because it still pulls to the left some when I drive it. Also, the interior detail was a very nice touch though I do wish the spray had been wiped down instead of left to dry with spots all over my interior. The staff was very kind.
