Initial inspection of the vehicle and scheduling repairs went well. First appointment for repair didn’t go well. Parts hadn’t been ordered and zero communication took place. I went to the facility at the end of the day to find my vehicle disassembled and had no communication. We rescheduled the appointment 2 more times waiting on parts to arrive. Going forward from this point, communication was good and the work was completed timely and accurately.
