We gave Joey and his team in impossible deadline because we got in a wreck on our way to Danville from Mississippi. If he hadn't been able to fix my truck, I would have had another 1,600 mile round trip to come get it. He's the nicest, most professional, mechanic I've ever dealt with. The car looks great. I appreciated the extra touches of cleaning the inside some and the extras left in the vehicle. With that said, I had to call to check on things and that’s when I found out about the insurance company communications about supplementals. When I texted the adjustor, things happened quickly. If someone had called to tell me that there was delay in a response, then perhaps things would have been clarified faster? I’m not even sure if that’s protocol, but that’s how the insurance problems got resolved-I texted the agent myself. Thank you! Your staff is very polite and positive.

There was a communication issue with the insurance that I was able to clear up speaking with my adjustor-if the office had called me to let me know maybe it would have be resolved sooner. Although I do understand that you deal with insurance companies all the time and there’s most likely a protocol.
