Took my new 2025 Hyundai Palisade to Truscelli's after hitting a massive deer. The deer disintegrated the front passenger side of the car. My first thought upon seeing it was, "totaled." Mike looked at it for a few minutes and said they could fix it. I thought, "no way." Of course insurance agreed with Mike instead of shelling out for a new car. Guess what? After a few weeks I got my car back and couldn't believe it. Nearly showroom. There were, however, some things that weren't still quite right. Mike and his guys were patient and thorough, fixing every detail until it was right and I was happy. I was. They are the nicest folks and I wouldn't hesitate going back--but hopefully will never have to! As a side note, pay by check. There is a 4% fee for credit cards. Ugh. Still, they get my highest recommendation.
