Not their fault but products were on back order then last min they found one. It was finished day of my car rental with insurance was up. Talk about final hours. Then we picked it up drove 4 miles down street dropped of rental and all the warning lights came on. Engine, VSA and other warning light. We made it back to shop few mins before closing. That was while our car sputtering and lurches the ride there. To be told to bring it in tomorrow. Umm ok. If we make it. Car spit and sputter and shuddered rest of way home. We made arrangements to get rental car back. And drop car off but then thought the better of it. Having lost faith in Caliber. And just traded in car for newer car.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. They were professional and took great care of me. The work was exceptional and well done. They also got me scheduled and the repairs done in a short amount of time and worked directly with my insurance agency. Once I took my vehicle for an estimate, all I had to do was drop it off and pick it up. All other details were handled. Overall Great Experience
