The length of time to get my vehicle back would be the only thing that would stop me. But the work they did was fantastic! I was inconvenienced, but the wait was worth it in the long run. Everyone was polite and friendly.

Caliber did another amazing job on my truck. I wouldn't recommend any other body shop in the area that's reasonably priced and gets your vehicle back in tip top shape in a timely manner.

Very organized operation. It was easy finding out how far along my car was in the whole scheme of things. The repair was done very well. Can't tell it was ever repaired. Looks like new. The employees were very nice and helpful. Very pleased.

Justin did an excellent job repairing my truck after an accident. His attention to detail was not unnoticed. I am very pleased with his/Caliber’s work. I will (god forbid) bring future repair work to Caliber and ask for Justin to do the work.

My service from Caliber in Tilton was wonderful. They kept me informed of progress along the way and immediately when it was complete. Justin’s work was impeccable. He took great care of my vehicle and I found no flaws or reasons to be unhappy. He was very thorough addressing all issues with the repair. I would certainly bring my vehicles to Caliber again and would specifically ask for Justin to perform the service.

The windshield has a film of paint on it. Jim at Caliber Collision, said I can either clean it off with steel wool and Windex or bring it in for them to do it. We live near Kingman IN so I will take it in soon. The windshield should have been covered before painting the hood. It should have been checked and done before it left the shop.
