I always recommend Caliber (or Todd's). As long as Jim is there, I am totally confident. I jokingly told Jim that he can't retire until I quit driving!!!!!

You need to add an "exceptional" rating option. Jim Whittington and Jared did a wonderful job - I'm aware that it takes a team but these are the names I know. I've worked with Jim Whittington when it was Todd's Auto Body. Always great service. Always perfect results. I hope I never need your services again ... but there is only one place I would go - Caliber.

If there was a number higher than 10, I would check as high as you would allow. I have worked with Jim Whittington for decades dating back to when it was Todd's auto body. Never a concern about quality of parts or repair work ... ever. Both Jared and Jim were wonderful to keep me informed of the timeline. Thanks Jared for beautiful repair work!!!
