It's low as I was first working w Lee, who stopped being employed at this location mid scheduling my repairs and I guess I was not assigned to anyone else... It set my repair back a bit as I was waiting in his reply to schedule. Once I called and restarted the process, EVERYONE I worked with was fantastic and good communicators!
