Very good staff interactions, and progress communication. Had one small compatibility issue with the new taillight and the staff acknowledged the issue and immediately resolved the problem. I would use this shop in Davis again if the need arises.

Ashley Saso handled my claim . She was so helpful ,inviting and made my experience so simple. I thought it was amazing for Ashley to update daily on the progress of my 2014 Subaru Outback. The body shop did an amazing job matching paint color and the work they completed was just beautiful. Also reconditioned my damaged rim/ wheel and made sure everything was perfectly aligned. The rim looks brand new. I will definitely recommend this company. Entire staff , friendly and professional. Everything was clearly explained and completed within 3 days.
