I feel the repairs took a little too long, but there were issues with some parts they ordered that came in damaged. They did keep me updated every few days on the progress of my car, and had me in a very nice rental. Also, Bridget, Aissa and Theresa were all awesome! They listened to me and made me feel like what I had to say mattered. Overall I’m very happy with how my car turned out.

I am so happy with my car!!! While I hope i don't have anything happen to my car again, if I do, I will definitely go back. I will also make sure to refer friends and family because of the great customer service. Thank you again for making everything easy. The three women that were in the office at the time were my favorite part of the whole experience - they were just fantastic individuals (friendly and funny - I felt like we could be friends) and made the entire experience enjoyable. My car looks great! But the original time frame was 4-5 days and it took 2 1/2 weeks. I know things come up, and it took a little more work than they first thought, but the time frame was unacceptable to me.

The appraiser or the techs completely missed the damage to my wheel despite me pointing to it. I had to point it out again and wait 2 more days. They detailed the exterior, but the interior roof fabric was damaged by whoever worked on it. Everyone was really friendly, but I wouldn't choose Caliber again.

Good service in this location at Chiles Rd in Davis. Service was also good at Research Park Location, but we found out that a poor job was done when removing and reinstalling the door panel during a previous repair at that location. We will be in touch, as we just found this out after a Service to our car at the dealership.
