We have always had our auto body repairs done by a local company. We have always been happy with them and intended to use them after Caliber did the estimate for USAA. When I arrived at Caliber, I was immediately impressed with the appearance of the shop, and then by the super customer service I was greeted with. It also helps that the rental car is right next door.

Cosmetically the car looks great. However, the car sounds and runs terrible. It sounds the same as it did after the accident. It sounds very rumbly, almost like a big truck and it vibrates when driven. I would be afraid to take it on the freeway. As soon as I get up to 35 mph it shudders and vibrates. It doesn’t look like anyone test drove it after the repairs. These things would be very noticeable. I find them scary.
