A++ effort all across the board for the Caliber Collision team in Davis, CA on Chiles Rd. The whole process from delivering my car to pickup was amazing. The staff was extremely friendly, the turnaround time was super quick (2 days), and the daily notifications from call or text was on point. When I picked up my vehicle there were raised paint flex in the repaired quarter panel and hood where they blended the paint to match the color. They took the vehicle back and buffed out the paint flex, but now there are buff swirls on the hood. I have arranged to return the vehicle in early January to get the buff marks worked on. Not sure how it will turn out but I expect it to look like it did when I took in in for repair and will demand the vehicle be restored to its pre collision condition.

All the staff members were very helpful and reasonable and know how to work things around. The Asian lady from the Research park branch helped me in processing through everything in a timely matter, and Don from the Chile dr branch was also on top of everything. He kept me updated and was very helpful!
