Everyone on the staff, from the front reception to the person assigned to handle my case, was very professional and friendly. They made the entire experience an efficient, easy, and pleasant one. I would not hesitate to bring my car for body again, although I hope I won't have to!

Your customer service is great and the repair work 101%. What I did not value about the process is not a CC thing, but an insurance industry thing. I believe that the industry demands that repairs are maximized so money is outlayed for repairs/replacements that are not really warranted. In my opinion...

While customer service is nice, there were many problems when it came to making sure my car was ready. While my car was ready, there was rubber insulation they didn't put in my car until I was about ready to leave. In addition, they didn't completely hook up the sensor for my locks so I had to wait longer to have it reconnected. Upon driving it and getting to my destination I noticed some scratching was going on and so upon looking under my hood, I seen that they didn't even place my heat shield In correctly and it is now HANGIN OFF from under my car!!! Lastly, when I mentioned that I noticed there was a noise/bumping coming from the wheel if I turned and/or drove off, I was assured it would go away. Well, it's still there. I don't think I'd recommend this place.
