The front end staff do a great job of communicating the work being done to the vehicle and the back end staff do an equally good job making the repairs. Have used them twice now and very happy with the repair experience!

As soon as the weather dries up, I will be able to see how the paint dried. There were a few spots that appeared to not be complete or smooth. The service was outstanding and the communication was superb.

I was really impressed by the extremely fast, high-quality, and friendly work that Caliber did to replace my destroyed side mirror on my 2020 Ford Escape. You can't even tell that anything happened now. Better yet, they discovered that my tail light assembly didn't actually need to be replaced and saved me hundreds of dollars with their honesty. I would go back to them anytime.
