Caliber’s coordination with the insurance company, their technicians, and even the rental car company was seamless and impressive. Their communication process is phenomenal with proactively sending text and calls. They anticipated when I should get an update without bombarding me or without me having to call them. You would have thought I was royalty the way they handled me as a client. You don’t have high expectations for customer service when getting your car repaired as part of an insurance claim but I can say that all parties involved in resolving my claim were highly skilled in their respective areas including the receptionist at the Dearborn location. This experience with this company would make a great case study for any organization/company wishing to improve its customer services! Thank you Caliber Collision for a wonderful experience.

Caliber Collision did a great job repairing my bumper on my new F-150, a woman hit me in the rear two after purchasing the vehicle Caliber Collision worked quickly in restoring my vehicle back to its original look. They were very efficient in contacting me with updates on my vehicle, I’ve never experienced a collision shop like this one, I would highly recommend Caliber Collision, Jim and the staff there are best in the business very professional, not like any collision shop I’ve visited, very clean, it doesn’t even smell like a collision shop
