5 stars! Excellent repair work with weekly text updates on progress. Looks brand new, better than before! They cleaned, vacuumed, and polished my interior, even recharged my air conditioner, all complimentary. I am so happy with the level of service. And the staff was pleasant, courteous and helpful. They have arrangements with Enterprise car rental that makes pick up and drop off so convenient. Highly recommend Calibur Collision!

From the moment I stepped into the shop. I was greeted with such a warm welcome from the service manager Jim, and the receptionist Cheryl. I felt my vehicle was in good hands. They were kind and treated me with respect. I was seen as a person and I felt like they really cared about me as well as my vehicle. They made sure I was able to pick up my rental car. I appreciate how I was updated as to how the progression of my vehicle was going. Hands down they were simply the best! I rate the team as a 10. Thank you so much Jim and Cheryl!

Caliber Collision does great work! Someone hit my car, I contacted my insurance one of the auto shops they recommended for repairing my vehicle was caliber collision, I’m so happy I chose this shop! They inform you step by step with updates, communication is great! They do great work! They finished my vehicle earlier than what I was initially told! Great people! Awesome work!
