I was very pleased with the attitude everyone in the shop displayed kindness, helpfulness and professionalism. I was able to understand what all was done to repair my SUV and most importantly....why. The team was informative, knowledgeable and patient. I hope not to have to return for repair on my SUV, but would definitely refer anyone to Caliber Collision for repair work in the event service was needed.
