The staff are very friendly and professional. I received regular updates regarding the status of my repairs. I really like the relationship that Caliber has with my insurance company (Safeco) and with Enterprise Rental cars. The entire claims, car rental, and repair process was very efficient and seamless. Most of all, my car looks beautiful!! I'd highly recommend Caliber Collision!

Jim and all other associates were extremely kind and professional when i surrendered my car to them. They also kept me updated throughout the entire process.
