The repair was completed with great care and attention to detail. Beyond the focused repair, my car looked better overall than when it came to the shop and they even vacuumed the inside of the car. Jim, James and Sheryl are an outstanding team at the Dearborn Heights location!

These people are absolutely awesome! Not only did they communicate with me on a regular basis, they finished the work a week and a half early. The work done was amazing and the car looks even better than it did! I hope we’re never in an accident again but if we are, I’m going here without question!

Amazing! Jim communicated with me throughout the whole process. I was never left in the dark or wondering what was going on. They had the car inside accessing the damage already when I showed up to sign the paperwork. They were all friendly and very knowledgeable and we appreciate it a great deal.

And the Dearborn Caliber Collision Shop texted me every other day of all my repairs being done until my vehicle was returned back to the Ferndale location where I dropped my vehicle off to from Progressive Auto Insurance!
