Repair was done fine. However they washed the brand new car with a shop rag and ruined almost every surface of the car and paint. They also left a scratch on the front bumper. They left it in worse condition than it was dropped off in

Jeff was fantastic given our circumstances. We were hit by a construction company that was incredibly slow and uncomminicative. Having no experience being hit before, the situation could have been tense. But it was not. The process was calmly explained. And, I guess, some insurance companies are just sloooow. Communication is vital. On top of that the damage was fully repaired and the car looks great. So thanks!
