I felt service is lacking and communication. Our drivers side controls for the rear windows are loose amd not working after they repaired out car.

I'm not sure it's about quality.It's more about quantity of time than it took to repair my driver's side mirror. I wish they would have notified me that the tech was on vacation and my car is sat there. Also I would have liked to have known that they broke my window while, repairing the mirror as well as it would have been nice to know that they ordered the wrong mirror Thank you so much., ordered the wrong merrier. I'm not sure why progressive would order the beer, but I just feel like the whole time I could have had my car and this should have just been like a day project. Instead, it turned into two weeks and I had to pay extra. $400 for my rental vehicle out of my pocket because it took so long. Thank you so much.. And that should never have happened.

The communication wasn't good. It was all by text. I wasn't aware they broke our drivers side window while fixing our mirror. I had no clue ot sat for 2.weeks because the macanic was on vacation.
