Everyone at Caliber Collision was great! Fast and friendly service. The only reason I gave them a 9 and not a 10 is because of my rental car experience, which they may have no control over but I thought should know. Enterprise called as I was en route to drop off my car. They told me then that State Farm hadn’t processed my claim yet, had I known earlier I could have sorted it out beforehand. They were 20 min late to Caliber, then informed me they were short staffed so couldn’t drop the car off and had to drive me 20 min back to their office instead and then I drove 20 min home. I don’t have a problem with driving, it just would have been nice to know ahead of time that it was going to take me an hour so I could have planned accordingly as my husband was then late for work since I left the kids at home with him.
