I was told I would receive daily correspondence via email, call or text but didn't hear anything. I had to call on day 3 and ended up getting transferred to corporate whom confirmed the communication policy and said they would have someone call me. In total we received 2 calls 1 was an update and the other was letting us know the car was ready for pick up.

Everyone very helpful, in fact when I called Lori helped me with directions, and arranged for someone to pick me up and bring me back to my home. Your office is very clear, they offered me water, coffee. I didn't have to wait long . What I liked the most is they explained everything to me and answered all my questions.
