I can’t say enough good things about Caliber Collision on Fox St. in Denver! They were fantastic from start to finish. My main point of contact, Rhonda Williamson, was incredible—she walked me through the entire process and kept me updated every step of the way. They even finished repairs a few days ahead of schedule! While it was just a standard hail damage claim, their exceptional service has earned them a customer for life.

I am giving Caliber Collision a 10 because I was highly satisfied with my experience, especially because of Rhonda. She was very communicative, supportive, and helpful throughout the entire process. While my car was in the shop, she called me every other day to keep me updated on the progress, which I really appreciated. She made the whole process feel easy and stress-free, especially during an already stressful situation. I’m very grateful for the great customer service Rhonda provided and would definitely recommend Caliber Collision because of my experience with her!

Caliber was so professional. They gave me a fair estimate, when I dropped my truck off the were friendly and efficient. Then I got texts keeping me updated on the repairs progress. When it was finished my truck was back to its original condition plus it was washed and prepped ready for me to drive! Jonathan is awesome 😎
