The service was exceptional. Greatly appreciated the consistent updates. Jonathan Ramos was very helpful and responsive. I just picked up the truck but everything looks great at first glance and I didn't have any issues on my drive home.

Rhonda was amazing! Very communicative and honest. My vehicle was taken care of in a speedy and professional manner. The work done on my car exceeded my expectations. Caliber Collision failed to disclose a failing cooling system connector that they deemed “not part of the collision” despite the collision opening the engine bay to environmental contamination. They never mentioned this connector upon delivery of the car, and the supervisor Eric, attempted to argue that it was not part of an “A to B to C” relationship in the collision. Only upon explaining to Eric that the compromise of the engine bay may have indirectly caused it, did he stop defending Caliber’s position on not repairing it, he also didn’t have a viable explanation for why it was not disclosed. This shady behavior of non-disclosure of issues followed by unsupported defensive arguments is enough reason to not recommend Caliber Collision despite the rest of the repairs seemingly being satisfactory. I cannot trust that this vehicle has been returned to factory specification and that they are not disclosing further issues.
