I had an absolutely incredible experience with Rhonda. She is truly the BEST. From the moment I arrived, she made the entire process smooth, stress-free, and genuinely enjoyable. There were a few bumps along the way with the insurance company that I didn’t understand, but Rhonda handled everything with such professionalism and grace that I never felt stressed or confused. I truly felt like she took all the stress off of my plate and I can’t emphasize that enough. Her communication was outstanding; she kept me updated every step of the way, explained things clearly, and made sure I always understood what was happening. She was patient, kind, and consistently went the extra mile to take care of me and my vehicle. It’s so rare to find someone who combines expertise, efficiency, and genuine warmth the way she does.. especially in this day and age. Very pleased that the timing of repair was as quoted initially. The quality of the repair was also great. The price did change a lot throughout the repair, but it was all being billed to insurance, and I imagine they found things along the way that needed to be fixed which is why the price changed. Everyone was friendly who we worked with. In our walk through with Jonathan, we found a couple minor items that were immediately addressed. Thank you!

I would recommend Caliber Collision to everyone I know, and if I need to I will always come to caliber collision for any repairs on any of my vehicles. What I liked the most is the work warranty you get on the car.
