After dropping off my vehicle at your facility, I was contacted three times by someone at Caliber to arrange a time to drop off my vehicle. Not a great experience that inspired confidence the “the left hand knows what the right hand is doing” away Caliber.

Loved that they updated me a couple of times every week my car was in the shop. Yeah was very helpful and my car looks amazing! They even took the liberty clean this residue off of my car that had been there for a year and I couldn’t figure out how to clean it. Really above and beyond service
