I feel as if the inspectors at Caliber did not advocate for my concerns adequately with my insurance company. Additionally, repairs took longer than expected, and my vehicle was returned dirty inside and out with lots of dust and smudges on the interior. My assigned rep was very courteous and provided numerous updates, though the final product and condition of my vehicle when returned was disappointing.

the cost of the repairs were extremely fair. My truck looks great and they even washed the exterior and cleaned the interior. I've worked with other repair shops and noone else provided this. I would recommend Caliber to anyone.

I asked for a battery test/ exchange as I’d had battery issues since the collision. This was not addressed. Having to replace now outside of insurance claim. Will be in touch with Caliber and insurance.
