When I went to fill up my gas tank after picking my car back up I noticed the gas cap lid was no longer attached, I called and left a message with the call center, who assured me yall would reach out Monday and it’s been a whole week and no one has said anything.

Preferred service center for my insurance and i know why! Everyone was very helpful and had great customer service. When i dropped it off and picked it up, and every call in between, everyone was very friendly and made sure i knew what was going on every step of the process! Even got parts in sooner than expected so i got my car back over a week before they projected. The repairs looked great and even got some advice on other cosmetic issues!

Everyone on the 2nd Ave location was very helpful. Lainey was very kind as I tried to figure out which insurance to bill. Cody did a great job telling me what needed to be fixed. Cody and Mike provided great communication throughout the process. I highly recommend this body shop!

Absolutely horrible! Car took double the time they told me it would take. When I came to pick it up they didn’t tighten up my mirror didn’t paint my door moldings. To top It off the next day after picking up My vehicle my car wouldn’t start and had no power so I popped the hood and went to check my battery terminals and they were super loose and that was the reasoning for my car not having power you guys not tightening down the bolts!! Overall just a horrible experience and super unprofessional. I will NEVER recommend you guys to ANYONE
