This was the third time I’ve had a vehicle in with the Dickson City office and I’ve been extremely happy with the team every time. The communication is excellent and very responsive. Also, Zak has handled my vehicle all three times and he’s been awesome! You guys do a great job and make what, by default is a frustrating situation, as good as it can possibly be.

Received several contradictory texts throughout the process. One indicating that the car repairs were moved out until 8/19/26, and then receiving one the very next day indicating it will be ready the next day? Also, I feel it took much longer than it should have. Was told delay was because of the need to order a part. With Amazon and Fed Ex, there should never be a delay.

The repair work itself was good. It took WAAAAYYYY to long for it to get repaired. Received several texts that contradicted one an other. Received one text saying they needed to order a sort and it would take over a week. In the age of Amazon and Fed Ex, should be able to get everything next day. Also received a message that my car would not be ready until 8/19/26, just to receive another the next day indicating it will be ready the next day. Would not recommend them to anyone.

I just want to take a moment to thank everybody at Caliber Collision. I’ve never had such a pleasant experience. Everything was so easy, from bringing my truck in for an estimate to completing the repairs. They got my truck right in and kept me up to date through text messages and phone calls throughout the entire process. My truck came out absolutely perfect. Everybody is friendly, and you’re greeted and treated so nicely. The girl at the front desk is absolutely the sweetest, nicest person I’ve ever met. She helped me make my first appointment and kept me up to date on everything. Ten stars!

Did an absolutely amazing job on my vehicle. The damage is not noticeable at all with the paint blending in with the old color paint. The job was done in such a short period of time and they constantly notified me during the entire process. Not only did they fix the damage, but they detailed my entire car from the inside to the outside, which looked absolutely amazing. The staff is very friendly and helpful and I highly recommend Caliber Collision. Also, the process with dealing between them and my insurance was not stressful at all. I had them look at my car and the rest was between my insurance company and Caliber Collision. I highly rate them for service!
