I was told it be done on a certain date it wasn’t they said tomorrow an that day care they said sorry tomorrow. Then that day came an I work night shift I got a call at 2pm saying it was ready I was asleep called them at 4pm an said I could come pick it up I had work at 5 an my wife was at a doctors appointment and we couldn’t make it there before they closed I said I could be there bright an early the next day they began to tell me I could get charged extra for my rental call bc it was technically done and it needed to be picked up that same day My wife was in the doctors office and had to leave right then and there so we wouldn’t have to get charge

Rose reviewed the damage thoroughly with me and kept me informed of the repair progress. The shop did fantastic repair work on my 2017 Ram. The color match is terrific. The front bumper looks great again. My truck was returned complete on day 3.

Unfortunately they forgot to put coolant in my vehicle. Other than that, everyone was extremely friendly and supportive. I was waiting for a phone call regarding some hail damage that was none of my car due to a recent storm. I never received a call back. Although this is not related to the claim, I was hoping to speak with someone.

No problems as far as I can tell ; I’ve only had my car for a few hours so far though! One thing I can say is make sure your team is a little bit more careful with the tiny details like replacing the cover for the wire that plugs into my rear view mirror; they left that in my center console area. Also, I found a piece of my vehicle’s trim inside of the cabin. Again, not a big deal, just minute details. Great job thank you to anyone who worked on my car!
