To Caliber collision Dickson City PA. I was very pleased with the staff's performance and efficiency... First the front desks promt scheduling my appointment and arranging my rental made it so easy for me. Then Carla and Jessica thoroughly looked over my car for damages,Jessica was both curtious and respectful answering all my questions and addressing my concerns with patients and professionalism.. even willingly to address some manufacturer issues and giving me explanation of the overall process involved in the repairs...impressive! And the work was done in a timely manner. Having prior experience in automotive restoration I was very much satisfied with my experience at the Caliber collision and the results of the repairs.The paint matches and bodywork is stellar.Thanks Caliber Dickson City,I'll be back. They were spectacular about everything. They kept me up to date on the progress and were sympathetic when I couldnt come right away to pick my jeep up because of an appointment at a hospital for my son. I would sooo recommend them to people. Best service ever..
