Love the customer service Zach provided . I never once had to call to see where my repair stood. Zach was on top of things from the beginning. Repairs were done before estimated date. Loved how Zach also took care of the rental return.

I recently selected Caliber Collision to repair my Ford SUV; and I couldn’t be more impressed with the phenomenal care I received. The staff was welcoming, professional, and genuinely attentive. My service advisor, Nick Voicekauskas took the time to thoroughly explain the issues with my vehicle. Nick kept me updated with real time progress reports, answered all my questions quickly! I knew I was in good hands with Nick and that the stress I was feeling after a collision (this being my only vehicle) was going to be handled without adding more stress to my personal situation. Nick is an excellent customer facing service advisor. I trusted him and his word immediately. Nick also made it super easy for me to return my Enterprise Rental by leaving it at Caliber and not having to try and arrange for a ride from the rental agency to Caliber. The work on my vehicle was completed faster than expected and returned clean. My experience with Caliber is an operation that operates with honesty, efficiency, and dedication to the customer. Caliber Collision did an absolutely fantastic job repairing a dent in my truck. I know PDR stands for Paintless Dent Removal, but I'd say it in this case it also stands for Pretty Darn Remarkable! The customer service was amazing, if I could given them a rating of 10 x 10, if I could!
