If they aren’t guaranteed to work with Doug, I would not recommend! He came back and jumped right into it and got my vehicle back on the road swiftly!

I was not happy with not getting the promised updates about my vehicle. Doug was my POC and it wasn’t until he returned from vacation almost 3 weeks later that I started getting the necessary updates. I called numerous of times and was given false updates and was told that they were waiting on certain parts when in all actuality, they didn’t have ANY! Doug’s return was much needed and I was able to get my vehicle back in just a week and a half after Doug’s return.

I only scored a nine because I’m sure I’ve missed something. I still have a whistle. However, the gentleman managing my case did go above and beyond and found what may have been the case or the cause for the whistle. Just wish we could’ve found it. The bodywork was beautifully done.

The whole process was great. The staff was very friendly. One thing to make it better is the texting system updates. It never told me anything about the progress and could maybe have a little more information. Other than that, everything is great and the work looks awesome.
