Peter was very helpful when deciding how to move forward with the repairs on my daughter’s car. There was one small issue at pick-up but Peter and the team were quick to address it. I would recommend Caliber in Taylor’s!

I was extremely impressed. The customer experience is obviously a point of great focus for Caliber. Each step of the process was engineered to give me confidence and a positive feeling. I was so impressed with the customer service from start to finish. This kind of service used to be the standard, but unfortunately in this day and age, it's rare. Nobody wants to have a wreck and give up their beloved truck, but they treated me as if they understood that.

Again, it was perfect. I got to know the person who worked on my truck and he seemed to really take pride in getting it back to me just as it was. Quite frankly, it was almost like having a loved one in the hospital and the doctor checking in to tell you how well everything was going.
