I was trying to hold off because I really like Kevin W. But however, the job would have been fairly decent if it were a mom and pop service. Several aspects are as follows: 1. Before the deer t-boned me, I had zero dents or pings in my car to which two pings were left untouched in hi locations on the drivers door. 2. Also on the drivers door, small scratches were touched up with black paint - really? 3. The rear door seems as though it is not getting a good seal at the top. 4. The entire interior of my car was full of dust - from top to bottom. I had to do a full-detailed cleaning on the inside. Washing, scrubbing, and drying - haven’t gotten to the carpet yet! I have plenty of witnesses who know how I am about my Kevin W. Bought vehicle. The job was kind of embarrassing….. Not from a mom & pop, but from such an iconic establishment. CBT.

Couldn't have been any better! I am beyond pleased!!! All really great at their jobs, and what surprised me was the true kindness toward me. There was NO IMPATIENCE with me, nor rolled eyes--just friendly and kind!!! REALLY GOOD PEOPLE!!

Looks like a new car! And the employees were absolutely PERFECT! I'm old and slow, and the secretary was SO PATIENT SND KIND, as were the men who worked on my car. I would recommend this car repair 100%!!!!!!

The front desk lady is absolutely ruined first and foremost. The quality of work seems to be great, but they only did partial work. They didn’t listen to me about what actually took place in the accident. When they returned the vehicle they still had a scrape on the door handle the right front bumper. The left rear wheel still had plastic markings all over it from the impact with the other car.

Since before th damage there was NO noise so hopefully this will solve the issue
