Doug was very clear of what they were going to do to restore my car. My estimated time was about 2 weeks and it was done in a week. Doug kept me updated through text and always letting me know how they were progressing. Very pleased! I will recommend them anytime someone needs car restoration

The staff at the Duncan location are fantastic! Doug and his team went above and beyond and did not disappoint! The entire repair process couldn’t have been more seem less. I really appreciate all the hard work and effort put into getting my car fixed back up and looking better than before. It was even vacuumed out when I picked it up! :)

The moment I dropped my car off for repairs, I knew I had been connected with the right place. Douglas was professional, thorough and answered all questions at my initial visit. Picking my car up, I experienced the same thing. Douglas ensured that I was satisfied with the work, that I was aware to notify him of any issues I may experience and shared that his repairs had a lifetime warranty and that I could utilize any Caliber Collision location in any state at any time. I really cannot say enough positive things about this experience. Everything from Tamra to Douglas was seamless, so easy, and so helpful. Excellent experience from the time I dropped my vehicle off until the time I picked my vehicle up. Chris & Doug made sure I was satisfied! Before repairs were started they made sure my vehicle was safe to drive on the interstate. Once my vehicle was dropped off they stayed in touch letting me know the status of my vehicle. Awesome Experience! Don't let any other Collison Shop repair your vehicle.
