The whole repair process was the best body shop experience I’ve ever had. Douglas was great to work with and kept great communication the entire time. The car came back with better paint match than when it was off the showroom floor. Thanks for all your work!

The repair process was the easiest experience I’ve had at a body shop. Douglas worked great communicating back-and-forth with updates. Even dealing with all the problems with back parts these days, they truly cared about getting you back into your car. The work done was great the plastic bumper matches the paint better than I think it did originally. I couldn’t recommend there work enough. Though it was unfortunate to have to have work done, I’m beyond happy that we chose caliber collision.
