I was completely satisfied with the quality of the work done on my vehicle as well as the customer service experience provided by my technician. The only thing I was not satisfied with was the time it took to complete the project. I understand why it took as long as it did and I realize it may have been done as quickly as was realistically possible, but seeing as the final completion date was 12 days after the originally scheduled completion date, I would be dishonest if I said I was completely satisfied with the project.

Everything appears in order, I picked my auto up this morning. The service was top notch! I was offered coffee and a warm place to wait for my check out! The gentleman was very polite and went over the items that had been taken care of! 5 stars!!
