I received updates that kept me informed about the progress of the work. It took less time than was originally estimated. The bumper looks as good as new. And I was able to turn the rental car in there. That was really helpful.

They did a fantastic job repairing the rear of my vehicle. There was some confusion about damage to the front of the vehicle, but that was worked out. It did extend the repair time significantly. The staff was very helpful and did their best to work with me.
